I installed the app last night and intend to start leaving my computer to its folding in its free time. :D

Just make sure you have a warranty on your gpu if you plan on using the high-performance gpu f@h program.

my GPU runs at 90-100% when doing crysis being stable at 40% fan speed so i think it would handle it. but doesn the normal one use CPU??? 8 threads at 2.9ghz FTW

The GPU folding client is many times faster than the CPU client. Or at least that's the way it was a year or so ago. I doubt it's changed.

If your going to run the cpu version, be sure to download the high performance one, which is for multi-threaded processors

I'm keeping the team inside the top-1000 all by myself at the moment...and I just passed the 5000 work units completed mark. :D
