Hi everybody!
Just wanted to say hi, I've been really busy lately with work, getting my house ready to sell, etc, so I've been taking a break from gaming for a little while. I will be gaming again soon, i finally got my house on the market today!

I'm upside down about 31K, I'm selling it because there's a 40K balloon payment due in january. The bank hasnt approved the short sale yet. I will get that to you max I cant say exactly when though.

Only 31k? Try $100k upside-down on for size! I doubt the bank will approve a short sale for us...

Man good luck with that! When I had to move to Pittsburgh because of fatherly health issues, my house was under 40K. I got lucky in that my company covered my losses so I didn't have to take the hit thank god.

I havent got approval for the short sale apparently I need to stop making the payment for a few months before they will consider it. So I guess I have to fuck my credit off completely in order to avoid going into default when the balloon payment comes due in January. I'm hoping for a last minute new project at work to save the day, although I have no reason to believe that will happen!

Max, sorry to hear about your father, how is he doing?

Parvo...100K wow. I almost refinanced my house when the market was strong if I had I'd be in the same boat. Only one couple has even looked at my house its been on the market for 3 weeks, I'm thinking about selling a kidney.

Arclite yeah that is what I remember my bank saying when faced with the prospects of short selling. Had to be at least 3 months behind FIRST. Weird.

Anyway, to make a long story short, last year they found a tumor on his lungs that happened to be from his liver cancer (which was taken care of by a liver transplant). They managed to get that tumor out just fine, and have been CT scanning him every three months since the transplant. Just a couple of week ago they found another, so clearly some of the liver cancer cells escaped before they pulled the liver. This one is real small though so they are checking again in a few months then will decide where to go from there. Hopefully, it is like they last one and they can just pluck it out.

Thanks for asking.
