I sold my system last week, here's what i ordered to replace it, I'm $150 ahead at this point but I'm probably gonna blow that and more on:
Roccat Keyboard http://www.roccat.org/Products/Gaming-K ... CCAT-Arvo/
and these studio monitors http://www.m-audio.com/products/en_us/MAudioAV40.html

Corsair Obsidian 700D {Antec1200}
ASUS Rampage III Formula {ASUS P6x58d premium}
Creative SB X-FI Titanium Fatal1ty Champ PCIe {Creative Titanium PCIe} I will be upgrading the OPAMPS, I bought them a few months ago but havent been brave enough to try to R&R them, (Surfacemount components are a bitch to solder by hand)
Sapphire Radeon HD 5870 w/ Zalman VF3000A VGA Cooler Dual Fan {Sapphire 5850 w/Zalman VF3000A + Sapphire 5850 w/ Thermalright Spitfire & VRM-5 Coolers}The 5850s kicked ass with the aftermarket coolers 1000core/1200Mem never got above 40c! Stock fans at 75% reached almost 70c!
Intel Core i7-950 {i7-920}
Corsair Hydro H70 {H50}
Visiontek Killer 2100 Gaming Network Card {Onboard}
Kingwin LAZER 850w Modular Power Supply {Thermaltake 1000w NONMODULAR POS PSU}
ASUS 24X DVDRW SATA {LG same shit}
Corsair V64 Nova 64GB 2.5 SATA II SSD {WD Velociraptor 300GB}
Seagate 1.5TB HD 7200/32MB/SATA-3G {WD 750GB Caviar Black}
ASUS MS238H 23in Wide 1920x1080 Slim backlit LED {Acer 24"}
Corsair XMS3 6144MB PC12800 DDR3 1600MHz (3x2048) 8--8-24 {Supertalent 6144MB DDR3 2000Mhz that wouldnt post higher than 1560 or so}
Roccat Kova Gaming Mouse {Logitech G500}
Microsoft Sidewinder X6 Undecided

(((Wow, those colors really make this post look GAY, and I'm far too lazy to change them....)))

Nice, the system looks great Arc. On the side note I had tons of problems with the Bigfoot Killer Gaming Network Cards and my FiOS router. It was fun to troubleshoot that but the card was crashing my connections no matter what I tried. Eventually I abandoned the idea and returned back to use my onboard NIC that my Classified eVGA mobo came with. I hope you will have more luck with and come back soon to play Crysis Wars and pawn the noobzzzz... FYI the XI guys missed you and ask all the time for you :-)

Yeah... the colosrs are very metrosexual, so pretty... they make my eyes bleed... :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock:

My only suggestion is to wait out for the 6970 if you can, otherwise that rig is rather similar to what I'm considering as an upgrade at the moment. :)

Just got it built! The NIC card kicks ass, i havent tried it with a router i just unplugged my fios router and plugged in directly. The Obsidian 700d case is awesome, far better then the Antec 1200. Its alot bigger, quieter, better cable routing (the 1200 has virtually none)! The Rampage III formula mobo is awesome too, i havent even started overclocking yet but the bios is fantastic. I went with the sapphire 5870 because i had to RMA one of my 5850s and the replacement was not nearly as high quality as the reference card i sent in, and as far as i can tell the 6000 series is just the 5000 series with cheaper components, so i just went with the reference 5870. I still need to install the aftermarket cooler on it ill do that sometime this weekend.

Ive still got alot of work to do setting up both the hardware and installing and configuring, I'll post some comparison benchmarks between my new system and my old one in the next few days....((hopefully)

Very nice, send us some benchmarks and maybe see how far you get overclocking?

Finally got the cooler on the vid card, i still need a decent mouse but im gonna do some gaming tonight anyway. I'll post the benchmarks when i get them done, I havent started overclocking it yet, but the mobo has pretty decent dummy overclocking-i changed one setting and its at 3.7 now, ill have to do it manually to get over 4 and bring the voltages down. Ive gotta flash the vid card to unlock the voltage to overclock it, thats gonna have to wait a few days.
